This website provides information about Harbor Elite Yacht Crew and allows candidates, owners and captains to submit recruitment inquiries.

No guarantee of placement

Submitting a CV or inquiry does not create an employment, agency or placement agreement and does not guarantee an interview, candidate introduction or placement.

Accuracy of information

You must provide accurate, current and lawful information. Candidates are responsible for the authenticity of their CVs, qualifications, certificates and references. Owners and captains are responsible for the accuracy and legality of vacancy information.

Recruitment decisions

Final hiring decisions, employment terms, background checks, medical requirements, visas and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the relevant employer and candidate unless separately agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

Website text, branding, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to Harbor Elite Yacht Crew and may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, upload malicious files, submit unlawful or misleading information, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with website operation.

Liability
